Glyceryl Monolaurate (GML) is synthesized by direct esterification of lauric acid and glycerol; it is both an excellent emulsifier and a safe, effective broad-spectrum bactericide.

Medium Chain Triglycerides/Octyl and Decyl Glycerate (MCT/ODO) are esterified from natural plant palm oil's caprylic/capric acid and natural glycerol.

Glyceryl Monosterate is made from natural vegetable oils as raw materials and purified by molecular distillation technology. It is also known as molecular distillation monoglyceride, abbreviated as monoglyceride.
